Public Law
The An-Najah National University offers an MA programme in Public Law that consists of 33 credit hours of mandatory and elective courses. Students also compose a thesis which counts as 6 credit hours. After passing the 39 hours, graduates will receive an MA in Public Law.
International Law and Human Rights
An-Najah National University's International Law and Human Rights program is the first of its kind in Palestine, as a specialization in the field of international law and human rights exclusively.
Fiqih and Legistlation
The Fiqih and Legistlation program of the An-Najah National University aims at: increasing students’ knowledge in Islamic Fiqh, introducing them to legal provisions, studying contemporary case studies related to international relations and Criminal Tashree’ and introducing them to doctrinal difference and its reasons.
Intellectual Property and Innovation Management
The Intellectual Property and Innovation Management program of the An-Najah National University aims at supporting innovation and entrepreneurship in Palestine and allowing students to acquire new knowledge, and skills and enrich their experiences to become professionals and experts in intellectual property.
Criminal Law
The main aim of the Criminal Law program of the An-Najah National University is to prepare highly qualified cadres who can work in various fields related to criminal justice including teaching criminal law courses, working as policemen or specialized judges, prosecuting attorney and carrying out research studies .
Private Law
An-Najah National University's Graduate Studies faculty offers a Private Law programme in that consists of 30 credit hours of compulsory and elective courses. Students must also compose a thesis which counts as 6 credit hours. After passing all 36 hours, the student will be entitled to an MA in Private Law.
