The Master in Teaching (MIT) in Special Education of Boise State University culminates in both a Master’s degree and the following initial teacher certification in the state of Idaho: Exceptional Child, Generalist K-12. (This certification may or may not be reciprocated in other states.) This certification focuses on working with children in K-12 special education settings.
