- A minimum of ten years of full-time work experience after receiving a bachelor’s degree and a current position with high-level managerial responsibilities
- A bachelor’s or equivalent degree from at least a four-year (full-time) program in a regionally accredited institution, and a scholastic average of B or above in undergraduate coursework and any post-baccalaureate study
