- Completed application for Graduate School.
- Students must have an overall 3.0 grade point average to be fully admitted.
- Provisional admission may be granted to a student who has a grade point average of 2.75 or higher. Full admission is granted after the student obtains a 3.0 or higher in the first 15 credit hours of the graduate program.

- Competency in reading comprehension, writing, and mathematics as evidenced by an earned bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
