A bachelor's degree (or non-U.S equivalent) from an accredited institution and a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 (applicants with lower GPA may be admitted upon consideration of the composite profile).

Applicants must hold U.S. professional certification or licensure in medical laboratory science. American Society for Clinical Pathology standards are used to evaluate general and specialized certification.
